My academic background is as a Social Worker and Speech and
Language Pathologist, and I’ve also worked in the culinary, medical/healthcare
and retail fields.  I was an English teacher
for 23 years, and often implemented and ran workshops highlighting cultural
inclusivity and English-compliance while working in the Middle East and Europe.

Recently, I’ve enjoyed proofreading and editing nursing manuals and exam papers,
and had a blast proofreading/editing several websites, including culinary and
gardening/landscaping.

I also have a small business offering shampoo bars and other ecological products.

I’d love to help you sound more localised and laid back,
or more professional and polished.

I paint and draw and I’ve exhibited a few times, so any artistic work is most welcome. Anything to do with music and performance would be fantastic. I'd love to work with any gardening or landscaping text, growing foods in particular. The culinary arts or home cooking would be another favourite.  I have a huge range of interests!

I am also a near-native Greek speaker, and am learning Spanish too.
