👋🏽 Hey there! This is Nerea. I recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Specialized Translation by Francisco de Vitoria University and possess a Bachelor’s degree in English Studies by University of La Laguna. 🎓 During my master’s degree, I have focused on fields such as law and economics, medicine, technology, localization, CAT tools and proofreading and editing. My bachelor’s degree has provided me with a deep knowledge of the different cultures of English speaking countries as well as a linguistic knowledge of phonetics, grammar, semantics and pragmatics that has highly assisted to my skills as a translator. I am passionate about languages and cultures and believe they have a profound impact in our lives. 🎯 My main goal is to close the gap that different cultures and languages create in society. Hence, I would like to play an integral role in a company which main objective is to break down these barriers, where I can apply all the knowledge I have acquired during these years.
