وكذلك هي من أجبرت المدعى بترك العمل، وبهذا الفعل تكون قد فصلت العامل فصلاً تعسفياً بإجباره على ترك العمل. الأمر الذي أدى الى تعرض المدعى أصلياً وهو مغترب إلى أضرار جسيمه لأنه فقد دخله الأساسي طوال هذه الفترة، مما تستحق معه المدعى أصلياً تعويضاً عن الفصل التعسفي لمدة ثلاثة أشهر. | Translation - English
Likewise, defendant and counter-plaintiff is the one who compelled the plaintiff to leave the job, and by doing so, defendant and counter-plaintiff has arbitrarily dismissed the worker by forcing him to leave the job which led to the fact that the plaintiff and counter-defendant, who was an expatriate, suffered severe damages because he lost his basic income throughout this period, with which the plaintiff and counter-defendant is entitled to compensation for the arbitrary dismissal for a period of three months. |
