In 2021, I graduated from the conference interpreting program co-operated by the University of International Business and Economics in China and the EU SCIC. Since graduation, I have been working at Beijing University of Technology, a key municipal university, where I am responsible for the translation of various documents and news items, and for interpretation at visits, meetings and forums.
Besides being a staff interpreter & translator, I have been working as a freelance interpreter and translator since 2017. Over the years, I have provided simultaneous/consecutive/liaison interpreting, as well as translation for embassies, SOEs, NGOs, government agencies, Fortune 500 enterprises, educational institutions, high-level forums, Nobel Prize winners, etc. In particular, I've been a simultaneous & consecutive interpreter for China's National Health Commission since 2019, which proves my competitiveness in medical interpreting.
Meanwhile, I've been teaching part-time interpreting & translation to beginners and those who are interested in the profession of interpreting & translation since 2018. This illustrates that I also have a strong theoretical basis of both interpreting and translation.
I have a strong belief in professionalism and it is my faith to get every work done to the satisfaction of my customers. You can refer to my uploaded CV to learn more about me and my experience. |
