Source text - Italian Ciascuna delle parti dichiara di essere stata edotta della facoltà, prevista dalle vigenti disposizioni ed in particolare dall'art. 1 comma 142 della legge 4 agosto 2017 N. 124, di richiedere il deposito notarile del prezzo della compravendita e di aver attentamente valutato tale possibilità.
All'esito di tali valutazioni le parti hanno chiesto espressamente che parte dell'intero prezzo della presente compravendita, e precisamente la somma di euro 127.000,00 (centoquarantaquattromila virgola zero zero) venisse depositata sul conto dedicato del Notaio xxxxxx affinchè lo stesso possa provvedere a:
- trascrivere il presente atto nei Registri Immobiliari competenti;
