Step comprises a freelancer pool of over 100 people each of whom has been
entitled to join the team after a timid selection through several stages of
tests and currently enjoys having a long-term employment stability at Step.

Each Step translator has at least 5 years of experience in multiple topics of
expertise and is going under performance evaluation in every 6 months.

Step staff works with the most state-of-the-art computing and communication
applications/platforms which makes a great deal of contribution in accomplishing
timely deliveries.
