1. En marzo 2013 el Dr Manuel Rosado mediante ecografía y bioxia detecto un
tumor cancerigeno en la glandula tiroides.
2. Con intervención del cirujano oncólogo Pinedo, el 03.03.2013 extirparon
totalmente la glandula tiroides.
3. Informes (2) 40670; (1) sobre el Examen histopatológico de Tiroides. (2)
Diagnostico: Carcinoma papilar de tipo clasico confinado a la tiroidescon
invasión capsular focal, realizados el 5 de marzo del 2013. Del Patologo Dr.
Franco Doimi Garcia. El mismo profesional Doimi, sobre las mismas
muestras, bloque 40670-1, el 11.12.2022, realizo otro examen
histopatológico, con diagnostico algo diferente al del 2013, (Hallazgos
inmunohistoquímicos compatibles con variante papilar de carcinoma
medular de tiroides)
4. Informe de Medicina Nuclear del 5de abril 2013,se hace Terapia ablativarastreo corporal con yodo 131.
5. Luego de controles ecográficos y de laboratorio, se efectuó la biopsia y con
Informe del16Oct22, la Dra. Patóloga María Teresa Núñez, diagnostica:
Carcinoma Medular
6. El 21 oct22 se realizó la intervención quir{urgica, Informe Nro216-2022 del
Departamento de Otorrinolaringología y Cirugia de Cabeza y Cuello del
HOSPITAL DE LA POLICIA NACIONAL DEL PERU, enviando las muestras
obtenidas al Departamento de Anatomía.( se adjunta )
7. Dicho Departamento, luego de los estudios histopatológicos realizados sobre
las muestras, emite el Informe de Resultado con fecha 2/Nov/2022,
afirmando que entre las muestras, habían 8 ganglios linfáticos
comprometidos por neoplasia maligna (se adjunta el Informe).
8. Para contrastar dicho resultado, enviando las muestras de los tejidos (7
laminas y 7 bloques de parafina) a la Anátomo Patológa-Citopatóloga María
Teresa Núñez Butron y, al Dr.Franco Doimi García; Emitiendo sus respectivos
Informes de fecha 9/nov/22 y 16/nov/22 (se adjuntan).
9. Como consecuencia de dichos informes, el Hospital Nacional Luis N Saenz de
la Policía Nacional del Perú-Departamento de Anatomía Patológica emite un
Informe de Revisión de Laminas de fecha 22/nov/22 (se adjunta).

thyroid gland through an ultrasound scan.
2. With the intervention of the surgical oncologist Dr. Pinedo, the 03/03/2013
the thyroid gland was completely removed.
3. Reports (2) 40670 (1) on regards to histopathological thyroid examination.
(2) Diagnoses: classical papillary thyroid carcinoma confined to the thyroid,
with focal capsular invasion, diagnosed the 03/05/2013 by Pathologist
Franco Doimi Garcia. Same professional realized another histopathological
examination on the same samples, block 40670-1 the 11/12/2022, with
slightly different diagnoses. (Inmunohistochemical findings were
compatible with papillary variant of medullary thyroid carcinoma)
4. Nuclear medicine report performed the 04/05/2013, ablative therapy –
body scanning with iodine 131 is undergo.
5. After ultrasound guided and lab controls, a biopsy was done the
10/16/2022. Pathologist María Teresa Núñez, diagnosed medullary
carcinoma.
6. October the 21st of 2022 a surgical intervention was performed. At report
216-2022 from department of otolaryngology and head and neck from
PPERUVIAN NATIONAL POLICE HOSPITAL, sending the obtained samples to
the anatomy department. (annexed)
7. The department, after histopathological studies were performed on the
samples, issues the 11/02/2022 a report with the findings of 8 lymph nodes
affected by malignant neoplasm. (report annexed)
8. To compare the results, the tissue samples were send (7 laminas and 7
paraffin blocks) to Anatomic Pathologist and Cytopathologist María Teresa
Núñez Butron and Dr. Franco Doimi García; issuing there corresponding
reports on 11/09/2022 and 11/16/20222. (annexed)
9. As a result of such reports, the pathological anatomy department from the
Luis N. Sanchez PNP national hospital issues a revision of laminas report the
11/22/2022. (Annexed).

El presente trabajo de investigación determina la viabilidad de realizar una aplicación
móvil de intermediación de alquiler de autos, en Perú. Para ello se propone la creación de
CAR CONNECT, el cual busca conectar a propietarios de vehículos que deseen obtener
ingresos por alquiler, con las personas que realizan viajes dentro del país y que desean
alquilar un vehículo para dicho fin.
Tanto el análisis del macroentorno PESTEL como el análisis del microentorno realizado
mediante el modelo de las cinco fuerzas de Michael Porter, indican que la industria de
alquiler de autos es atractiva y revelan la existencia de una oportunidad de negocio para
un modelo disruptivo.
A continuación, se realizó un estudio de mercado para determinar la demanda e identificar
al público objetivo. Se inició con la recopilación de información y, posteriormente, se
realizó la validación de mercado. Con los resultados se pudo identificar la existencia de
demanda insatisfecha y los atributos clave de la oferta que los públicos, viajeros y
propietarios, requerían.
De acuerdo con esta información, se estableció una estrategia de enfoque por
diferenciación, necesaria para desarrollar los planes de marketing y ventas, operaciones,
recursos humanos y económico – financiero que permitan operar exitosamente el negocio.
El primer año, se espera lograr un crecimiento anual de 8.33% para lograr captar un 5%
del mercado operativo del público viajeros. La inversión inicial requerida es de S/
107,003.12, conformada en un 70% por aportes de los socios y el 30% restante mediante
un inversionista.
El análisis de viabilidad del proyecto en un escenario normal indica un VAN FCLD de
S/131,960.50 y VAN FCNI de S/120,820.08 con una TIR de 41% y 47% respectivamente.

Translation - English SUMMARY
This research work determines the feasibility of running a car rental brokerage mobile
application in Peru. For this purpose, the creation of CAR CONNECT is proposed,
which seeks to connect vehicle owners who wish to obtain rental income, with people
who make trips within the country and who want to rent a vehicle for this purpose.
Both the PESTEL macro-environment analysis and the micro-environment analysis
performed using Michael Porter's five forces model, indicate that the car rental industry
is attractive and reveal the existence of a business opportunity for a disruptive model.
Next, a market study was conducted to determine demand and identify the target
audience. It began with the collection of information and, subsequently, the market
validation was carried out. With the results, it was possible to identify the existence of
unmet demand and the key attributes of the offer that the public, travelers and owners
required.
According to this information, a differentiation approach strategy was established,
needed to develop marketing and sales, operations, human resources and economicfinancial plans to allow the business to operate successfully.
In the first year, it is expected to achieve an annual growth of 8.33% to capture 5% of
the operating market of the public travelers. The initial investment required is
S/107,003.12, 70% form by contributions from the partners and the remaining 30%
through an investor.
The project feasibility analysis in a normal scenario indicates an DFCF NPV of
S/131,960.50 and FCNI NPV of S/120,820.08 with an IRR of 41% and 47%
respectively.
