…but whether it’s an extended vacation, Winter Break, or that little period of time between the end of Summer Camp and Afterschool, what can families do to keep up the momentum, minimize language loss, and stoke their children’s excitement for learning French? Regardless of whether you are a French speaker, French learner, or cheering on your child as they embark on their Francophile adventure, there is so much you can do to contribute to their language acquisition and passion for the culture, even when class isn’t in session.

Source text - French Nitric oxide is a gaseous compound best known as the “open sesame” molecule released by our artery lining to enable our blood vessels to dilate. It also has broad spectrum antifungal, antiviral, and antibacterial properties. Nitric oxide is secreted into our airways as a first line of defense against respiratory infection.
How can we boost levels of nitric oxide? By eating nitrate-rich vegetables.
To improve performance, some athletes dope with beet juice. The nitrate in beets and green leafy vegetables can be converted by the body into nitric oxide. So, can they be used to help clear infections? Within 45 minutes of drinking a double shot of beet juice, nitric oxide levels in our breath go up by 80 percent, and stay elevated for at least three hours.

Born in the South of France, I was the only student in my classroom to be passionate about English. My dream was to travel the world and speak English just like a native speaker. I am proud to write that I fulfilled it! Every single day, languages take me on a permanent journey of discoveries.
Naturally, I became a language teacher and I am proud to have had a 7 years career where I transmitted my passion for foreign languages to hundreds of students of all ages.
In addition to education, I also have a strong background in IT as a bilingual support agent.
In my last role, I translated marketing and communication documents from English to French Canadian designed to improve users experience located in Quebec. My translations impacted hundreds of users in Quebec.
I stand out as a translator because I have an extensive knowledge of both French and English. I lived and worked in Ireland, Great-Britain, Canada and the United States. I am capable of translating slang, and I understand the nuances between different types of English language to adapt them to the right expression in French.
I also thrive under tight deadlines and what matters to me is clear and prompt communication. I never let an email unanswered under 24 hours.
