Bio
Hi! I am a native Italian speaker and live in Milan and Bologna. I work in translation and communication and I deal with written, audio, and video content (with professional equipment).
My university education focused on linguistics and Italian, so I feel particularly accurate in applied language skills such as grammar, syntax, semantics, style, and appropriate terminology. Also, I have good translation skills from Italian to English. I attended a dubbing academy to acquire proper Italian diction, voice-over, and lip-sync techniques.
Besides my education, I owe a lot to the many talented translators I have worked with, that were always willing to share their knowledge and advice. Many of the projects I worked on are protected by non-disclosure agreements, so I didn't list them.
I am organized, adaptable, and have a positive attitude. I consider it essential to work as a team and to complete the job by the deadline.
