Bio

Once upon a time, in Northern Spain, I was just a little girl that loved languages and was diagnosed as a Highly Sensitive Person. Seemed useless and a bother.

Never did things the predicted way, started university but quit after two years and went to London to work full time in hospitality. After a few years, went back to Spain and earned a diploma in Translation and Interpreting at Universidad de Valladolid.

Moving forward, I've lived in different places and started my life over plenty of times: got a master's degree in Granada (Universidad de Granada), moved back to my mum's during covid and got a scholarship to study Chinese in Yunnan. But it all got delayed and went back to London instead and met my partner. Just life at its finest. On 2023, finally ended up going to China.

But what I never though is that I could combined languages and HSP both and become a specialized Spanish interpreter in legal aid and asylum seeker court cases that bring out both my professional interpreting skills and my empathy in order to help people breaking down language barriers and facilitating seamless communication delivering an exceptional service while making people's lives better. I have my own limited company called Bridge the Gap and I also freelance for different agencies across London.

I provide translation services Chinese, French, English > Spanish/English and Spanish > English.
