My name is Kevin Ohlsén and I am 30 years old. I live in Stockholm, Sweden. I have been working with computers for over 10 years and I have more then 5 years of experience with customer service. I wrote and replied to more then over 12,000 mail one month at one of the jobs that I had before. We had customers from all the world and I had to translate a lot of mails during my time at the job.
