I love translating and the transcreation of German texts into English that I can really sink my teeth into creatively, where the facts and the flavor are equally important for you and your customers. This is reflected in my translation and transcreation work for bilingual trade magazines, museums throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland, music industry partners, political and law enforcement bodies, subtitling for major TV and film companies and more. My goal is always to say what you mean and mean what you say in the most effective way, in US, UK and international English.
Originally from the US, I have also lived in the UK, Ireland and in Germany, where I have been a professional translator for over 25 years. I am fast, reliable and meticulous, and I pride myself on keeping the human voice in my translations that you, and most importantly, your customers can connect with. For me, translation is not a routine or an algorithm, it's a craft.
