10-year experience as a corporate translator working with various documents. Legal and finance are truly my strong points. Legal documents included various types of contracts and agreements governed by Russian, English or Swiss law; legal opinions and memos by English lawyers; organizational documents of companies incorporated in a variety of jurisdictions; was involved in a large corporate conflict referred to the London Court of International Arbitration where translated all submissions and correspondence between Russian executives and English laywers and independent financial advisors. Finance: Credit documentation, IAS, GAAP accounts with auditors' notes and opinions, valuation reports, surveys, etc.
