When collected and compacted, bales are formed as follows
• 1.10 meters high
• 1.00 meters wide
• 1.05 meters deep
• Average weight of 520 pounds (235.8 Kg)
The product is stored in a covered, ventilated area, stacked on wooden pallets before being loaded into a container for shipment to transformation plants.
The price is USD$ XXXX per ton, (dollars of the United States of America) placed at our distribution center in Guatemala (Incoterm: Ex Works) according to the container size will be the final shipping cost.
We currently have the capacity to ship 1 container per week (estimated 20 metric tons).
Shipment port: Santo Tomás de Castilla, Izabal, Guatemala.
Shipment will take place 15 days after receiving the purchase order.
Payment through transfer to a US dollar account in a local bank to be indicated at the time of receiving the purchase order.

BIENVENIDO
Usted ha rentado un apartamento independiente, totalmente equipado que se encuentra dentro de otra vivienda con áreas de acceso comunes, así que le damos la más cordial bienvenida, disfrute del apartamento, siéntase como en casa y por favor solamente cuide de las instalaciones y todo lo que se encuentra en él a su servicio como si fuera suyo.
Los visitantes que no estén incluidos en la reserva, no están permitidos.
Es un lugar libre de humo, por lo que fumar no está permitido.
Tampoco se permiten drogas o alcohol en la propiedad.
La seguridad es nuestra prioridad, así que por el bien de todos los residentes de la propiedad asegúrese siempre que salga o entre que deja la puerta bien cerrada. (Lamentablemente Guatemala no está pasando por su mejor momento en cuanto a seguridad en general; así que nos tenemos que cuidar entre todos).
La estufa es a gas así que por favor asegúrese de cerrar correctamente las manecillas al terminar de usarla y que todo quede apagado.
El grifo de la cocina tiene un filtro de ozono, haciendo de esta agua limpia y segura para beber, es totalmente potable.
La limpieza se realiza 3 veces por semana (lunes, miércoles y viernes alrededor de medio día 12:00 – 13:00)
Hay un área de lavandería ubicada en el primer nivel de la propiedad, si necesita utilizarla, solamente pregunte.
Hay un área de servicio donde encontrará donde colgar ropa que necesite secar, escoba, trapeador, recogedor y otros enceres de limpieza en caso necesite.
En caso de terremoto o cualquier emergencia que requiera la evacuación del inmueble, primero que nada recuerde mantener la calma, aléjese de las ventanas; si no puede llegar a salir durante el evento ubíquese dentro del baño; si puede llegar al acceso principal del apartamento baje las gradas y ubíquese en el centro del jardín.
Nuevamente sea bienvenido, y deseamos que disfrute su estadía.

WELCOME
You have rented an independent, fully equipped and private apartment inside another property with common access, so we welcome you to enjoy the place, make yourself at home and please just take care of it as you will your own.
Guests that are not included in the reservation are not allowed.
It´s a free of smoke environment, so smoking is not allowed.
No drugs or alcohol are admitted either.
Security is our priority so for the wellbeing of all the residents take into account to always lock the door behind you when you leave or enter the property. (Sadly Guatemala is not in it´s best moment security wise right now; so we all have to take care of each other)
The stove top functions with gas, so make sure you always turn the knobs off.
The water from the kitchen faucet has an ozone filter, making it clear safe drinking water.
The cleaning is done three times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday around noon 12:00-13:00).
There is a laundry room located on the first floor of the property if you need to use it, please ask.
There is a service area where you can find a dry place to hang your laundry or wet clothes, broom, mop and other cleaning supplies if you need.
In case of an earthquake or any other emergency that requires evacuating the building, first of all stay calm, get away from the windows; if you are not able to get out during the event, locate yourself inside the bathroom; if you can get to the main access, go down the stairs and locate yourself in the center of the garden.
