Le Consultant s'engage à ne divulguer aucune information confidentielle reçue pendant la durée du contrat.
Article 2 : Durée
Cet accord reste en vigueur pendant 3 ans après la fin du contrat.
Article 3 : Sanctions
Toute violation entraînera des poursuites judiciaires et des dommages-intérêts.
