I am a bilingual community health advocate and translator with more than 20 years of experience working directly with Latinx and immigrant communities in the San Francisco Bay Area. My translation work is rooted in that experience — I don't just convert words between languages, I understand the cultural context, the trust barriers, and the plain-language needs of the communities these materials are meant to reach.

My focus areas include public health education, LGBTQ+ affirming resources, HIV prevention, mental health outreach, and community organizing materials. I have developed bilingual curricula, outreach content, and educational resources for clinics, nonprofits, and grassroots organizations across California.

I translate so that people can access what they need in a language that actually feels like theirs.
