December 2002 – June 2004 - “Skrivanek Translation Services” Ltd., Sofia – Office manager and person in charge of the department dealing with Bulgarian customers. Revisions and formatting of the translations completed. Handling work with company’s customers and freelance translators. Creating, processing, saving and updating databases. Translations from Czech and Slovak languages of documents, technical documentation, user manuals of control and operation of household appliances, cosmetics brochures, legal papers, contracts, power of attorney, etc.
July 2004 – April 2005 - “Translation From To” Ltd., Sofia – Project manager. Operating the relations with foreign customers and translators. Major activities – finding out new customers, projects and translators at the major web translation portals.
