Bio

With a Master’s degree in Aerospace Technology from the Technical University of Berlin and hands-on experience as a software engineer, systems analyst, and technology manager for leading companies in Germany, Belgium, Japan, and the United States, I bring real-world engineering insight to every translation.

As an ATA-certified translator, I specialize in precise and terminologically consistent English→German technical and patent translations, complemented by selective Japanese→German technical work. I work exclusively with SDL Trados Studio 2022, maintain detailed MultiTerm glossaries, and use Xbench for quality assurance.

Based in Pasadena, California, I also spend several months each year working from Germany to support clients efficiently across both European and US time zones.
