Source text - Hungarian Jelen szerződésben vállalt, és az alkalmazandó jog által megengedett mértékű jótállás és kártérítés eseteit kivéve, ***** és a beszállítói nem felelnek semmilyen közvetlen, véletlen, különleges, származékos vagy büntető jellegű kárért, mely a jelen szerződéssel kapcsolatban különösen, de nem kizárólag adatvesztés, üzletvitel megszakadása vagy profitveszteség miatt merül fel, továbbá az ***** és beszállítói kártérítési felelőssége nem haladhatja meg az Előfizető által megfizetett Díj összegét, még abban az esetben sem, ha az ***** vagy beszállítói tájékoztatva lettek az ilyen jellegű felelősség vagy kár bekövetkeztének lehetőségéről.
Translation - English Except for the express warranties and indemnities stated herein and to the extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ***** or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages including, but not limited to, loss of data, business interruption or loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or shall the liability of ***** and its suppliers to the Subscriber exceed a sum equal to the Fees paid by the Subscriber hereunder, even if ***** or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such liability or damages.
