I am an authorized translator from German and Danish to Swedish. I work as a freelance translator of technical and official documents for industry and authorities, both directly with clients and through translation agencies. Most of my clients are here in Sweden, but I also have some abroad, mainly in Denmark and Germany.

I have been working as a professional translator since 1995, mostly on a freelance basis, but was an employee of what was formerly SprogData A/S in Copenhagen, from 2000 to 2003. My academic qualifications consist of university studies in languages, as well as studies at universities abroad. In 1997 I completed my degree in Professional Translation at Lund University, and have been teaching on the course regularly since 2003.

An authorized translator is bound by professional secrecy, works according to recognized professional ethical rules, and is qualified to attest translations of documents with an official stamp.
