Having worked as a CMO for a software company, I know how tough it can be to translate marketing documents.
Well, the translation is easy, but what you get is - right, a translated marketing text. Which may have been beautiful in the original language, but, though acurately translated, is completely useless in the translation. To get it right, you need somebody with both language and Marketing skills.
It's always a great challenge to find a smooth translation that will have the same effect on your clients as the original... and somehow I seem to get a kick out of doing so! :-)
My father being German, my Mom from the U.S., I was raised bilingually with German/English. Through further work-experience I have acquired full fluency in both French and Spanish and can translate from any of the 4 languages into Ger/Eng.
I hold a German management degree (Dipl-Kfm.) and have studied at the Koblenz School of Corporate Management, EDHEC, Nice (France) and Emory University, Atlanta (USA).
I have worked in US, Germany, Belgium, Wales, France, Thailand, Cambodia and Mexico, positions including 3 years as Chief Marketing Officer for a multinational software company, and several years of experience as management consultant.
