České republice. Začalo se s ní již v r. 1984, nyní je ve správě Jizerské o.p.s. Při přízni počasí se
pravidelně strojově upravuje na 250 km tras v rámci celých Jizerských hor, což stojí nemalé úsilí i
finance. Prostředky jsou získávány z veřejných rozpočtů, tj. od Libereckého kraje, měst a obcí v okolí,
od soukromých firem a od individuálních dárců (lyžařů). Přispět na Jizerskou magistrálu můžete i vy.
Legendární závod v běžeckém lyžování: Zásluhu na úpravě tratí má populární závod Jizerská
padesátka, jehož historie sahá do roku 1968. Tehdy se konal první závod jako zimní příprava
horolezců na sezonu. Když se v roce 1970 vypravili jedni ze zakladatelů závodu na horolezeckou
Expedici Peru, netušili, jaký osud je čeká. Pod kamennou lavinou peruánského Huascaránu přišlo o
život 14 členů výpravy, patnáctý zemřel ještě o pár dnů dříve. Od té doby nese závod přídomek
Memoriál Expedice Peru 70. Vzpomínka na horolezce je od té doby nedílnou součástí slavnostního
zahájení Jizerské 50.
Translation - English Cross-country skiing trails with a long history: The cross-country ski trails in the Jizera Mountains have been groomed for longer than anywhere else in the Czech Republic. It started in 1984 and is now managed by the company Jizerská o.p.s. In good weather, machines regularly groom 250 km of trails throughout the Jizera Mountains, at considerable effort and expense. The funding for this comes from public budgets, i.e. from the Liberec Region, towns and villages in the area, from private companies and from individual donors (skiers). You can also contribute to the upkeep of the Jizerská magistrála route.
Legendary cross-country skiing race. The reason that these routes are groomed is the popular Jizerská padesátka (Jizera Fifty ) race, which began back in 1968. That was when the first race was held to get climbers training through the winter to get fit for the season. In 1970, when one of the founders of the race set off on a mountaineering expedition to Peru, they had no idea of the fate that awaited them. Fourteen members of the expedition lost their lives in a landslide in Huascarán, Peru; the fifteenth had died just a few days before that. The race has been dubbed the Peru Expedition 70 Memorial ever since. The ceremony that opens the Jizerská 50 now always includes a commemoration of those mountaineers.

Článek I.
Předmět smlouvy
1. Předmětem této smlouvy je úprava práv a povinností mezi společností a jednatelem. Vzájemné vztahy obou smluvních stran, které tato smlouva neupravuje, se řídí ZOK, dalšími obecně platnými právními předpisy a společenskými smlouvami společnosti.
2. Pan XXX byl za jednatele společnosti zvolen na valné hromadě dne 12. 4. 2010.
Článek II.
Povinnosti jednatele
1. Jednatel se zavazuje ve smyslu příslušných ustanovení společenských smluv společnosti, že bude plnit povinnosti jednatele s péčí řádného hospodáře v souladu s obecně závaznými právními předpisy, společenskými smlouvami společnosti a dalšími vnitřními předpisy, jakož i rozhodnutími valné hromady. Jednatel je povinen jednat jménem společnosti osobně, podle jejích pokynů a v souladu s jejími zájmy, dále je povinen upozornit společnost na zřejmou nevhodnost jejích pokynů, které by mohly mít za následek vznik škody.
2. Jednatel bere na vědomí, že pro výkon funkce jednatele platí zejména ustanovení § 194 a násl. ZOK a prohlašuje, že je s povinnostmi a omezeními vyplývajícími z uvedených ustanovení seznámen a bude je respektovat. Současně se zavazuje informovat představenstvo o jakékoliv skutečnosti, která by mohla vyvolat pochybnosti o tom, že podmínky výkonu funkce jednatele nejsou naplněny.
3. Jednatel se zavazuje vykonávat pro společnost zejména tyto činnosti:
a) plnit veškerá právní jednání, které mu přísluší jako jednateli, zejména pak hájit a prosazovat zájmy společnosti a v mezích své působnosti v tomto duchu společnost řídit a obchodně jednat,
b) plnit úkoly uložené představenstvem a valnou hromadou, nejednat v rozporu s usnesením valné hromady,
c) účastnit se zasedání valné hromady společnosti, jednání představenstva společnosti a všech pracovních jednání nezbytných pro činnost představenstva společnosti a pro řízení společnosti,
d) účastnit se po dohodě jednání dozorčí rady společnosti a podávat vysvětlení, týkající se skutečností, které souvisejí se společností nebo s její činnosti,
e) v případě ukončení výkonu funkce jednatele zabezpečit řádné předání funkce a majetku, který mu společnost pro výkon funkce svěřila.
4. Jednatel se dále zavazuje:
a) nezneužít ve prospěch svůj i jiných informací, které získal při výkonu funkce jednatele v jejích obchodních či jiných aktivitách, a to po dobu, na kterou byl zvolen do své funkce, a dále i po ukončení výkonu této funkce,
b) nezneužít informací uvedených sub a) tohoto bodu smlouvy v jiných funkcích, které přijme mimo společnost,
c) vydat společnosti prospěch z obchodu, při kterém porušil zákaz konkurence, nebo převést tomu odpovídající práva na společnost,
d) nahradit společnosti případně způsobenou škodu.
Článek III.
Práva jednatele
1. Jednatel má zejména tato práva:
a) předkládat společnosti k projednání materiály, které souvisejí s výkonem funkce jednatele,
b) odstoupit ze své funkce, v tomto případě má povinnost písemně oznámit své rozhodnutí valné hromadě společnosti, výkon funkce pak končí za podmínek vymezených v ZOK a ve společenských smlouvách společnosti.
2. Jednatel má dále právo:
a) na peněžní plnění stanovená touto smlouvou,
b) na úhradu předem schválených nákladů vynaložených na tuzemské a zahraniční pracovní cesty, které bude realizovat v přímé souvislosti s výkonem funkce a k plnění úkolů uložených společností ve výši podle platných
právních předpisů.
Článek IV.
Závazky společnosti
Společnost poskytne jednateli prostory potřebné pro výkon jeho funkce jednatele, a to po dobu výkonu funkce.
Článek V.
Odměňování jednatele
Společenost bude jednateli vyplácet pevnou měsíční částku - plnění ve výši xxxx,- Kč. Tato pevná měsíční částka bude poukazována na jeden bankovní účet jednatele společnosti, který si určí.
Článek VI.
Zákaz konkurence
Pro jednatele platí zákonný zákaz konkurence vymezený v ust. § 199 ZOK a ve společenských smlouvách společnosti.
Článek VII.
Závěrečná ustanovení
1. Veškeré změny a doplňky této smlouvy mohou být provedeny pouze se souhlasem obou smluvních stran a musí být sjednány písemně jako dodatek k této smlouvě.
2. Tato smlouva se uzavírá na dobu výkonu funkce jednatele a podléhá schválení valnou hromadou společnosti.
3. Tato smlouva nabývá platnosti dnem podpisu smluvních stran.
4. Tato smlouva je vyhotovena ve dvou vyhotoveních, přičemž každá ze smluvních stran obdrží po jednom.

Article I
Subject of Agreement
1. This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations between the company and the Managing Director. Mutual relations of the parties not regulated by this Agreement are governed by the Act on Business Corporations, other generally applicable laws and regulations and the company’s articles of association.
2. XXX was elected as the company's Managing Director at the General Meeting held on 12 April 2010.
Article II
Obligations of the Managing Director
1. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the company's articles of association, the Managing Director undertakes to perform the duties of Managing Director with due care in accordance with the generally applicable laws, the company's articles of association and other internal regulations, as well as the decisions of the General Meeting. The Managing Director is obliged to act on behalf of the company in person, in accordance with its instructions and interests, and is obliged to warn the company of any obvious impropriety of its instructions that could be detrimental to the company.
2. The Managing Director acknowledges that the provisions of Sections 194 et seq. of the Act on Business Corporations apply in particular to the performance of the office of Managing Director and declares that he is aware of and will comply with the obligations and restrictions arising therefrom. He also undertakes to inform the Board of Directors of any fact that could call into question compliance with the conditions stipulated for the performance of the office of Managing Director.
3. The Managing Director undertakes to carry out the following activities for the company:
a) to perform all legal acts for which he is responsible as Managing Director, in particular to defend and promote the interests of the company and, within the limits of his authority, to manage the company and conduct business in this spirit,
b) to perform the tasks assigned by the Board of Directors and the General Meeting, and to refrain from acting in violation of the resolutions of the General Meeting,
c) to attend meetings of the company’s General Meeting, meetings of the company’s Board of Directors and all work-related meetings necessary for the activities of the Board of Directors and for the management of the company,
d) to attend, as agreed, meetings of the company's Supervisory Board and to give explanations concerning facts relating to the company or its activities,
e) upon standing down as Managing Director, to ensure the proper transfer of the office and the property entrusted to him by the company for the performance of his duties.
4. The Managing Director further undertakes to:
a) refrain from misusing, for his own benefit or for the benefit of others, any information he has acquired during the course of his business or other activities in the capacity of Managing Director, while holding office and after the termination of his office,
b) refrain from misusing the information referred to in point a) of this clause of the Agreement in any other office accepted outside the company,
c) provide the Company with the proceeds from any deal or transaction in which he has violated the ban on competition or to transfer the corresponding rights to such to the Company,
d) compensate the Company for any damage it may have incurred.
Article III
Rights of the Managing Director
1. The Managing Director has the following rights in particular:
a) to provide the company for consideration any materials related to the performance of the office of Managing Director,
b) to stand down from office, in which case he is obliged to notify the company’s General Meeting of his decision in writing; the performance of his office shall terminate under the conditions defined in the Act on Business Corporations and the company's articles of association.
2. The Managing Director further has the right:
a) to the monetary benefits specified in this Agreement,
b) to claim reimbursement of pre-approved expenses incurred for work-related trips in the Czech Republic and abroad undertaken in direct connection with the performance of his office and for the performance of tasks assigned by the company, at the rate defined by the applicable legal regulations.
Article IV
Obligations of the Company
The company shall provide the Managing Director with the premises necessary for the performance of his office as Managing Director, for the duration of that office.
Article V
Remuneration of the Executive Director
The Company will pay the Managing Director a fixed monthly sum - remuneration amounting to CZK xxx. This fixed monthly sum will be credited to a single designated bank account of the company's Managing Director.
Article VI
Non-compete Clause
The Managing Director is subject to the statutory ban on competition as defined in Section 199 of the Act on Business Corporations and in the company's articles of association.
Article VII
Final Provisions
1. Any amendments and additions to this Agreement require the consent of both parties and must be agreed in writing as an addendum to this Agreement.
2. This Agreement is concluded for the duration of the office of Managing Director and is subject to the approval of the company’s General Meeting.
3. This Agreement enters into force on the date it is signed by the parties.
4. This Agreement has been drawn up in two copies, of which each party receives one copy.

Před první světovou válkou byla Jihlava nejen významným centrem obuvnického průmyslu a obchodním, správním a vzdělávacím centrem německého jazykového ostrova uprostřed českých zemí, ale i důležitým posádkovým městem. Od roku 1741 ke každodennosti města a jeho obyvatel náležela přítomnost vojáků a důstojníků zdejší posádky. Od roku 1896 zde sídlil pěší pluk svobodného pána von Waldstätten číslo 81. Jeho příslušníci obývali mohutná kasárna podle architektonického návrhu vídeňského architekta Franze von Grubera (1887). Jihlavské sváteční dny byly nemyslitelné bez vojenských přehlídek, promenád uniformovaných vojáků a vystoupení vojenských hudeb na hlavním náměstí. Jejich ohlasy se dostaly až do první věty III. symfonie d moll (1893–1896) vysočinského rodáka Gustava Mahlera (1860–1911), který v Jihlavě trávil dětství a mládí.
Jihlava byla jen jedním z mnoha měst habsburské monarchie, v nichž byla doslova hmatatelná „sakralizace uniformy”. Vojenská uniforma včetně naleštěné obuvi byla odleskem císařského majestátu. Jeho kladný vztah k armádě se odrážel v panovníkově autostylizaci jako vojáka v dobře padnoucí uniformě a vysokých holínkách. Až do samého konce monarchie byla uniformovaná armáda jedním z pilířů mnohonárodnostní říše. I v Jihlavě platilo, že ti, kdo oblékli uniformu s holínkami či svátečními polobotkami, byli příslušníky lepší společnosti. Také Jihlavané se nechávali inspirovat vojenskou módou a unášet psychologickým účinkem velkého množství pochodujících vojáků, často za rytmického doprovodu bubnů a dechových nástrojů. Tento vizuálně akustický efekt znaly již starověké kultury.
Translation - English 2.5 THE ARMY AND FOOTWEAR
Before World War I, Jihlava was not only an important centre of the shoe industry and the commercial, administrative and educational centre of the German language island that lay in the middle of the Czech lands, but also an important garrison town. From 1741, the presence of the soldiers and officers of the local garrison was part of the everyday life of the town and its residents. Free Lord von Waldstätten's Infantry Regiment No. 81 was stationed there from 1896. Its troops lived in the massive barracks designed by Viennese architect Franz von Gruber (1887). Public holidays in Jihlava were unthinkable without military parades, processions of uniformed soldiers and military bands playing on the main square. Echoes of these can be heard in the first movement of Symphony No. 3 in D minor (1893-1896) by Gustav Mahler (1860-1911), who was born in Vysočina and spent his childhood and early years in Jihlava.
Jihlava was just one of the many towns in the Habsburg Monarchy that literally embodied the "sacralization of the uniform". The military uniform, including polished boots, was a reflection of the Emperor's majesty. His fondness for the army was reflected in the way the monarch styled himself as a soldier, in a well-fitting uniform and high boots. A uniformed army was one of the mainstays of the multinational empire until the very end of the monarchy. In Jihlava, as elsewhere, those who wore a uniform with gumboots or low shoes for social occasions were members of a better class of society. The people of Jihlava were also inspired by military fashion and strongly influenced by the psychological impact of so many marching soldiers, often to the rhythm of drums and brass instruments. This combination of sights and sounds dates back to ancient cultures.

Rubikon jsem poprvé zažil jako žák 6. ročníku na nové škole a ihned mě zaujal svým inovativním přístupem k etické výuce a týmové spolupráci. Tato hra mi pomohla snadněji se začlenit do nového kolektivu a zároveň mi umožnil lépe porozumět lidem kolem sebe – ať už v jejich silných stránkách, nebo slabinách. Během aktivit, jako například scénáře „Potopa“, jsem měl možnost pozorovat různé přístupy spoluhráčů – někteří se zaměřili na pomoc ostatním, zatímco jiní situaci využili k obchodování s pytli písku za vyšší ceny.
Rubikon měl celkově významný a pozitivní vliv na mé dospívání. Pomohl mi rozvíjet schopnost empatie, spolupráce i lepšího pochopení dynamiky lidského chování.

Když se v 6. třídě na mé škole objevila možnost podílet se na vzdělávací počítačové hře Rubikon, byl jsem touto možností nadšen.
Na dobu, kdy Rubikon vycházel, hra nepatřila mezi graficky dokonalé. I přesto mě její vzhled imponoval a prostředí působilo velice vřele pro hraní. Atmosféra hry byla příjemná a podporovala zapojení do jednotlivých úkolů.
Hlavním cílem hry bylo naučit nás etickém hodnotám a týmové spolupráci. Během hraní jsem měl možnost sledovat chování svých spolužáků, což mi umožnilo lépe porozumět jejich jednání. Tento aspekt hry pro mě byl velmi obohacující.
Jedním z nezapomenutelných momentů bylo řešení různých herních scénářů s mými nejbližšími kamarády. V tomto procesu jsem navázal hlubší kontakt se svým dnes nejlepším přítelem, kterého jsem tak díky Rubikonu měl šanci opravdu poznat.
Jedna ze zřejmých slabin hry byla patrná při absenci vedení. Bez pedagogického dozoru nebo usměrňování hra rychle ztrácela svou výraznost a vzdělávací hodnotu. Při společné práci pod vedením učitele však hra dokázala přinést hlubší vhled do témat, která se jinak obtížně vysvětlují.
Nelze také opomenout, že samotné hraní nemusí být dostatečně zábavné pro ty, kteří nehledají přímo vzdělávací zážitek. Pro ně může hra působit příliš monotónně, což ale v mém případě neplatilo.
Rubikon pro mě byl nejen vzdělávacím nástrojem, ale i zážitkem, který mi pomohl navázat lepší vztahy se spolužáky a porozumět jejich chování. I když hra má své technické nedostatky a vyžaduje vedení, její přínos je nepopiratelný, zvláště v pedagogickém kontextu.

I first encountered Rubikon as a 6th grader at a new school and was immediately impressed by its innovative approach to ethical teaching and teamwork. This game made it easier for me to fit in amongst my classmates and also allowed me to better understand the people around me – from the perspective of both their strengths and weaknesses. During activities such as the "Flood" scenario, I had the chance to observe the different approaches taken by my teammates - some focused on helping others, while others took advantage of the situation to trade in sandbags at inflated prices.
Overall, Rubikon had a significant and positive impact on my adolescent years. It helped me develop my ability to empathise and cooperate, and gave me a better understanding of the dynamics of human behaviour.

When I got the chance to participate in an educational computer game called Rubikon as a 6th grader at my school, I was excited about the opportunity.
Given when Rubikon came out, the game offered less than perfect graphics. Even so, I was impressed by how it looked and it seemed like a nice environment to play in. The game had a pleasant ambience and encouraged involvement in the various quests.
The main goal of the game was to teach us ethical values and teamwork. As I played, I was able to observe the behaviour of my classmates, which gave me a better understanding of their actions. I found this aspect of the game very rewarding.
Some of the most memorable moments were when we played out the various game scenarios with my closest friends. In the process, I forged a deeper bond with the person that is now my best friend, whom I had the chance to really get to know through Rubikon.
One of the game's obvious weaknesses the lack of any leadership. Without a teacher to supervise and guide us, the game quickly lost its appeal and educational value. However, when played together with a teacher, the game offered a deeper insight into topics that are otherwise difficult to explain.
One must also consider that playing the game itself may not be fun enough for those not in it for the educational experience as such. They may find the game too monotonous, although this was not the case for me.
For me, Rubikon was more than just an educational tool; it was also an experience that helped me bond with my classmates and understand their behaviour. Although the game has its technical shortcomings and does require guidance, its benefits are undeniable, especially in a teaching context.
