- As a staff interpreter/translator of the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs and as a free-lance interpreter, I have served a significant number of international, regional and national conferences covering more than 300 days. - Doing interpretation in workshops, seminars and diplomatic courses held at the Diplomatic Institute, as well as doing consecutive interpretation in meetings held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- I translate various documents and reports at the Omani Finistry of Foreign Affairs and at the diplomatic institute.
- I do translations for several other ministries and private institutions in the Sultanate and abroad.
- I edit and correct the Arabic text of the Institute's book
- I am also responsible for a training program on interpretation and translation for Omani diplomats at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- I organized and taught a training program on translation and English language for 2 groups of diplomats at the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Muscat in 2001.
- I also cooperate with the Sultanate of Oman Television in doing interpretation of important international events such as the open meetings of the UN Security Council on Iraq, as well as other news programs.
- I do English Arabic translations for several international organizations including OECD.
