Nyolc órakor még homályos a reggel, és homályosan bukdácsolnak álmos fejemben a másnap esélyei és minden lehetősége. A kőzépiskolai tanuló élete: nyolc éven át napról napra megújuló harcbaszállás, halálos veszdelem: minden reggel pontban nyolckor, a véletlenek és ravasz kelepcék és elhatározó esémenyek hullámzó harcterére kiront: sebeket kap, sebeket oszt, neha elvérzik. Másnap újra feltámad, kezdi elöről.
Translation - Serbian ZAKASNIO SAM
Osam sat još tamnog jutra i isto tako tamnog spoticanja svih mogućnosti i svih šansi novog dana, u mojoj pospanoj glavi. Život srednjoškolca: osam godina iz dana u dan svakodnevna smrtno opasna borba: tačno u osam, odlučnim postupcima on naglo napada iznenadne i lukave klopke na ustalasanom polju bitke: ovde me rane, tamo ja nekog ranim, nekad iskrvarim. Sutra ujutru on opet oživi i sve kreće iz početka.

Ecrivain précoce, il publie son premier roman à 15 ans dans le pur style de Jules Verne (Voyage de noces au centre de la terre). A partir de 1906, il fait paraitre régulièrement des chroniques, des critiques, des novelles, des poèmes. Après un bref passage à l'université où il étudie d'abord les mathématiques et la physique, puis un peu de médecine, il choisit la carrière de journaliste en s'installant à une table du célèbre café New York de Budapest.
Translation - Serbian Fridješ Karinti (1887-1938), pesnik, humorista, romasijer, dramaturg, prevodilac. Rani pisac, svoj prvi roman objavio je sa 15 godina u čistom stilu Žil Verna (Svadbeno putovanje u centar zemlje). Od 1906. redovne piše hronike, kritike, nuvele, poeme. Posle veoma dobrog završetka studija, prvo je studirao matematiku i fiziku, a onda nešto malo i medicinu, izabrao je novinarsku karijeru, zauzevši mesto za stolom u poznatom Budimpeštanskom kafeu Njujork.

I am a professional linguist and have been active in the field for almost two decades.
My duties as a translator and interpreter have ranged from employment with the Yugoslav News Agency and acting as an interpreter during state visits (such as that of Mihail Gorbachev), a variety of international summits and forums and a broad range of business meetings and seminars to translating private and legal correspondence, scientific papers and works of poetry and literature.
I have lived in several European countries and I am currently based in Budapest, where my hobbies include travel and the fine arts.
