My name is Anna Wrobel. I graduated from an English Department of the Silesian University in Katowice, Poland, with an MA title (English Literature and ESL/EFL) in 2002. I have been gaining my professional experience by teaching English on all the different levels. First, my working as a translator / interpreter was just an extra job, but soon have become my big passion. For the last four years, I have been living in Ireland. Apart from my work in a language centre (I teach both English and Polish there), I work as a translator / interpreter. I do miscellaneous translations for both the individuals and the companies (Polish and international). I also do interpretations - business meetings, various celebrations, or helping Polish immigrants in dealing with their everyday matters (either in a Tax Office, a bank, or a hospital). Recently I have opened my own translation service company in Galway - Parlans Languages. I hope I will be able to offer services in different languages in the nearest future.
