Mina works in patent litigation, as an interpreter for RESULTS Educational Fund and translator for its ACTION project website, a central point of communication for an international organization, and as an author and editor for publishing companies. Mina also teaches professionally and proactively volunteers as a language teacher. She was the US representative for Tokyo Midtown Medical Center for three years. Mina was a Ph. D candidate at Fukuoka University Graduate School until 1999, where she majored in English linguistics and English and American 18th century literature, specializing in Jane Austen. She has taught at Towa University, Kitakyushu College of Technology, Kawaijuku Test Prep School, and high schools in Japan. Mina was born and raised in Kitakyushu-city, Fukuoka Japan and moved to the United States in 2001. |
