The site preparation, building, utilities, fire protection, office area, landscaping are for the contractor to determine and set
1) Installation of production equipment ( 12-hour days )
Pre-Production 3-4 weeks
Production 4 weeks ( installed at same time as #1)
3 Factory Technicians Provided
3) Training 3 weeks ( one week per shift 8-hour days )
6 hours classroom
2 hours hands-on
1 Factory Technician Provided
4) On-going training will be negotiated between TORC and manufactures.
On the average, about 2-months of addition training is required.
Does anyone on your side have a construction-planning program like Primavera or Contractors Budget Schedule? These programs are really important to set a precise and accurate schedule and budget.
Translation - Russian ПРЕДЛАГАЕМЫЙ ПЛАН СТРОИТЕЛЬСТВА
Подрядчик осуществляет подготовку площадки, строительство здания, коммунальных сооружений, обеспечивает пожаробезопасность, готовит площадку для офисных помещений, осуществляет благоустройство участка.
1) Установка производственного оборудования (12- часов дней)
Предпроизводственный период 3-4 недели
Производство 4 недели (установить в то же время, что и №1)
Обеспечиваются 3 заводских специалиста.
2) Ввод в эксплуатацию (12- часов дней)
2 недели
Обеспечивается 1 (один) заводской специалист
3) Тренинг (обучение) в течение 3-х недель (неделя по сменам из 8-ми часовых дней)
6 часов в классе
2 часа управление - практика
Обеспечивается 1 (один) заводской специалист
4)Текущее обучение будет обсуждаться между TORC и производителями.
В среднем потребуется около 2-х месяцев дополнительного обучения.
Есть ли у кого-нибудь у вас программа планирования строительства типа «Primavera» или «Contractors Budget Schedule»? Эти программы очень важны для выработки точного и выверенного плана и бюджета.
