Background
The IDEA.R.E. Project - " IDEAs, innovation, projects for Rural Europe - Building up a new vocational training method for European proposal manager for the agricultural and rural areas", is promoted by the Marche Region and coordinated by the Territory and Rural Development Area of Sviluppo Marche S.p.A. within the framework of the EU Leonardo da Vinci II Programme - Pilot Measure 2003-2004.
The Partnership of IDEA.R.E. is composed of 13 Partners (Marche Region, SVIM S.p.A., CIA Marche, Coldiretti Marche, Confagricoltura Marche, Copagri Marche, Agronomic Institute of Bari (IAMB), K=LinK srl, Agronomic Institute of Montpellier (IAMM), Ministry for Rural and Environmental Development of Malta, The Centre of Leader Programme and Farmers' Training Methodology of Lithuania, Development Agency of Lithuania, Regional Development Agency of Kralovsky Chlmec, Slovakia ).The general structure of the Partnership is organized in 5 Pilot Areas in Italy (Marche), Languedoc Rousillon Region (France), Kosice Region (Slovakia), Lithuania e Malta.
The main objective of the IDEA.R.E. project is to create, to develop a transnational innovative vocational training method and to define and harmonize a vocational expert profile of competencies in order to contribute to the broadening of a community of European proposal managers who are capable:

– to create a net of experts at European dimension.
