Dieses Portal versteht sich als Informationspool und Forum für gemeinschaftliche Wohnprojekte und Baugemeinschaften. Es soll einen Überblick geben über die Rahmenbedingungen, unter denen diese Wohnformen stattfinden, und den Austausch über die verschiedenen Konzepte fördern.

SCHWEINFURT - Die Augen geschlossen, die Wange an ihr Instrument geschmiegt, steht sie im Licht des Scheinwerfers: Lena Neudauer, 23-jährige Geigerin aus München, die am Mittwoch im Schrannensaal der Sparkasse auf Einladung des Theaters der Stadt ihr Schweinfurter Debüt gab. Auf dem Programm Sonaten von Bach, Mozart, Beethoven und Schumann. Neudauer spielt, als wäre sie allein im Raum. So scheint sie völlig in den Klängen von Bachs erster Duo-Sonate in h-Moll zu versinken. Beim Allegro con spirito aus Mozarts G-Dur-Sonate tanzt der Bogen dagegen geradezu über die Saiten – Andreas Kirpal am Klavier assistiert nicht nur hier mit Spielwitz und Einfühlsamkeit. In Robert Schumanns Nr. 1 in a-Moll herrscht im ersten Satz ein drängendes Thema vor, das Neudauer – ganz im Sinne des Satztitels – kraftvoll und „mit leidenschaftlichem Ausdruck“ spielt.
Nach Schumanns düsterer Klangwelt dominiert im zweiten Teil eher heitere Unbeschwertheit: Vor allem der Variationssatz in Mozarts A-Dur-Sonate oder das Allegro vivace in Beethovens...

With her eyes shut tightly and her cheek nestled snugly against her instrument, she stood in the middle of the bright spotlight: Lena Neudauer, 23-year-old violinist from Munich, gave her Schweinfurter debut on Wednesday in the bank’s Schrannen hall at the invitation of the city theater, with sonatas by Bach, Mozart, Beethoven and Schumann on the program. Neudauer played as if she was all alone in the room, lost to everything but the sound. With rapt, singleminded focus, she seemed entirely sunken into the beauty of Bach’s first Duo Sonate in B minor, and her bow danced over the strings in the Allegro con spirito of Mozart’s G major sonata – Andreas Kirpal assisting on the piano with characteristically witty humor and intuitive empathy. Capturing the very essence of the movement’s title, “with passionate fervor,” Neudauer persuasively played the insistent theme predominating throughout the first movement of Robert Schumann’s first sonata in A minor.
Emerging from Schumann’s melancholy sound world, the second half of the program was dominated by a more carefree lightheartedness; most notably, Neudauer’s refreshingly bright, spirited playing was showcased in the variations movement in Mozart’s A major sonata and the Allegro vivace in Beethoven's...
