"Rise to the Challenge"

I am pleased to announce that Translation Gateway has secured a multiple framework contract with the European Commission for translations from English into Czech. The contract is initially for a period of one year however an opportunity exists to renew for a further 3 years. This is an exciting occasion and comes just in time for our one year anniversary.

Translation Gateway commenced operations in April 2003 and has since proven that we are ready for the challenges we face. Our ambition is to become a leading provider of low cost, high quality translation services, with our business built on values of honesty, integrity, reliability and competition. Over the past year we have established a network of over 50 translators, comprising of a diverse range of specialisations and skill sets.

Now, with the addition of the European Commission to our customer base, we forecast an increase in translation output of an additional 43.000 words per month (minimum) for the rest of 2004. This is a huge achievement for the team at Translation Gateway, not only because of the size and scope of this acquisition, but also because we will be working with an organisation as prestigious as the European Commission.

This marks the beginning of a challenging and demanding era for us, one where experience and determination will be the key to our success. It's just a sneak preview at what is yet to come, so watch this space for more...
