(1) Put forward scheme for salary references and welfares of various kinds of personnel in individual proprietorship company according to "Labor Law of the People's Republic of China ", and submit it to board of directors for discussion and approval.
(2) Each and every year general manager shall put forward salary, awards and welfares of individual proprietorship company according to the development of production and operation. They will be regulated after the approval of board of directors.
(3) The real salary gained by Chinese employees in individual proprietorship company includes salary, awards and allowance, etc. According to national and XXX municipal government's stipulations, individual proprietorship company shall deduce from the gain of each employee the part which he has to pay for various funds, insurance fee, grant and allowance. The part, which shall be born by individual proprietorship company, the company shall pay for it. Personal income tax will be paid by individual proprietorship company.
Training personnel
(1) Investment party has advanced and modernized management methods and successful experience in marketing and salesmanship.
