Russian-English bilingual native speaker, experienced translation professional. You won't find any amateurism or mistaken belief that "it's good enough if it's understandable" here. I do everything perfectly the first time around - terminology, syntax, grammar, and style. If you should hire me, your proofreader and editor will learn that there is such a thing as a free lunch after all. In fact, you might just find them to be redundant.
Up to 60k symbols/12k words per day for urgent business/marketing/advertising/generic translations. Do not use CATs as a matter of principle. Solo simultaneous interpreting up to 5 hours per day in Moscow, Russia. Prefer large jobs.
Until 31/12/2008, I was also Head of Translations at O+K Marketing+Consulting, Moscow. I have currently switched to freelancing full time.
