Source text - English The Round Table 7 (RT7) is an important forum to facilitate and support decisions and policy endorsement by Ministers on a few carefully crafted policy commitment and priority actions that will constitute the Accra Agenda for Action (AAA). As such, the RT7 will involve an in-depth consultation process with stakeholders at the country, regional and international levels, including partner countries, DAC and non-DAC donors, and civil society on issues and topics that can advance development effectiveness in situations of fragility and conflict. The objects of such consultations include:
· Debate the applicability of the Paris Agenda in situations of fragility and conflict with the view of understanding what aid and development effectiveness could mean in these challenging contexts;

· Débattre de l’adéquation de l’Agenda de Paris aux situations fragiles et de conflits, avec pour objectif de comprendre ce que l’efficacité de l’aide et du développement peuvent signifier dans ces contextes sensibles ;

Translation - English Investments achieved since last audit: silo with automatic weighing device, complete biscuit line (kneader, rotary device, glazer, tunnel oven, packaging unit) separated from bakery workshop, and metal detector.
Planned investments: extension works to increase storage capacity of finished goods and packages, since it is getting a bit tight.
The factory makes both bakeries and biscuits, each type of product manufacturing taking 2 or 3 days. When the audit took place, biscuits manufacturing wasn’t inspected, but premises were visited and a traceability test was conducted on biscuits.
2 CCP were identified for bakeries (cooking and modified atmosphere packaging - MAP) and only one for biscuits (cooking). Cooking is supervised by checking temperature at the heart of each product during cooking process, and by checking oven temperature and cooking time.
Packaging of products under controlled atmosphere is monitored by measuring residual oxygen at the start and at the end of the packaging process.
A withdrawal/recall/crisis management procedure exists and has been very recently tested. On August 29th, an unsatisfactory listeria result was found on a cheesy product with a sample from a distributor (sampled by ARIA). Crisis management cell was activated and thanks to traceability, customers that had been supplied were found in less than 20 minutes.

Experience
Years of experience: 39. Registered at ProZ.com: Aug 2007.
I lived in the US for 2 years. Back to France, I passed my Baccalauréat in Economics and Social Sciences and I went on a 4 year European business course (2 years in Reims at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce and 2 years in London, at the Hendon Middlesex School). I obtained 2 degrees: the Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures Européennes de Management (DESEM - Bac + 4) and a B.A (Hons) in European Business Administration.
First work experience in England for a software Co. (sales and marketing for the French market).
Latest job: from Apr 2005 to Jul 2006 I was Project Manager in charge of European Subsidies (Interreg, ERDF) for a French semi public Co (Société d'Economie Mixte) in Amiens, specialised in urban renovation. This implied a lot of work with officials (Economic Development Services of Amiens Metropole, Interreg EU partners...).
I've always been working in English (elaboration of various documents in English, and translations French to English / English to French). I have a rather global experience, in various fields, like Medical, Marketing, sustainable urban development, European institutions/projects, International Aid and Cooperation, tourism and travel, aeronautics...
I'm freelance translator since Sep 2007 and I work regularly with Bureau Veritas, and with a marketing co. specialised in Medical (various medical fields). I've also been working recently on projects for the African Devt. Bank and for the OECD.
Latest contract: Ville de Limoges (European project involving a network of 11 EU ceramics cities).
