By customer’s request we can deliver translations in a one-to-one format, i.e. in complete correspondence with the original format when all the tables, drawings, etc. are preserved the way they are in the source text. The translated text can be made up using the following software AutoCAD, Bentley Microstation v.7, QuarkXPress, PageMaker, FrameMaker, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Interleaf, Corel Draw, and others.

Our company has all necessary equipment and financial resources needed to perform high-quality services in case of our collaboration.

We’ll provide each translator and editor working under our contract with a fully equipped working place. This includes a computer with necessary software installed such as dictionaries, text editors and free access to the Internet, telephone, fax, Xerox and other office equipment.

Quality assurance plan

1.Our qualified and experienced translator (native speaker) makes translation having read all the materials concerning the topic of the text to be translated, performs a deep analysis of the documents of such type and style he had earlier translated, takes into account the level of text complexity to correctly apply it during the translation. After the translation he proofreads the translated text, eliminating all misprints and mistakes.

2.Then we submit the received translation to our editor, who corrects, if needed, the style and mistakes if any and replaces some words by the terms he believes more appropriate in this or that case, compares the translated text with similar documents written by native speakers.

3.If needed, we hold a meeting with participation of our translators and editors. During it we make a final decision concerning the problem moments in the text, and perform the final proofreading of the text.
