Source text - English ACCOUNTING AND FISCAL SERVICES AGREEMENT XXX, 2006 XXX, +address represented by it’s ___________________________, hereinafter referred to as “the Client” on the one part, and XXX, represented by Member of the Board XXX, hereinafter referred to as “the Contractor”, on the other part, hereinafter both referred to as “the Parties”, have concluded the present Agreement for the following: 1. Subject of the Agreement 1.1. The Client has entrusted and the Contractor has undertaken to perform accounting services according to the description in appendix nr one. 1.2. The Client undertakes to provide all the information required for executing the assignment. The Contractor undertakes to supply the Client with the instructions concerning the preparation of the requested information referred to above. 1.3. The Client shall be responsible for the correspondence of the documents submitted to the Contractor to the real state of affairs and to the legislation of XXX, as well as for prevention and disclosure of fraud in these documents. 1.4. The Contractor shall guarantee professional and qualitative execution of the assignment, taking due account of the changes in the effective legislation of XXX. 2. Terms of execution 2.1. The Client shall ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the financial, accounting, control and other documentation. 2.2.The Client has to transfer to the Contractor the required documents and information presented pursuant to the requirements of the XXX legislation for the current month until the 5th date of the following month.
