Source text - English When the project goes into the execution phase, the Construction team is appointed.
A few members of the Construction Team are already part of the Project Team. They normally include the CM, the SC and the Commissioning and Start-up Manager, appointed by the Head of Construction.
Other Construction Team members can be appointed by the Head of Construction at a later stage, but always before beginning construction activities.
The figure below shows a typical Construction Team. Depending upon the size and complexity of the project, a few roles can be covered on more projects by the same person (a), or may not be present (b). Also, a person can cover more than one role in a project (c).
