Thank you for registering to participate in the Ottawa Social Services Conference Community Resource Fair June 24, 25 and 26th.
Exhibitors will be required to set up the night before between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. at the Hampton Inn Conference Centre. Please park in the Conference Centre’ s under ground parking garage located at the rear of the building. A cart to transport your display items to the exhibitor’s ballroom can be obtained by inquiring at the service desk on the main floor.
If you are unable to complete your set up the night before, you may do so the morning of, provided it is before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 a.m. (Staff will be arriving at 8:00 a.m. therefore we are not able to accommodate any set up outside of this time frame).
Please note that the exhibit rooms will be locked up every evening; displays can remain in the room, however personal belongings (i.e. laptops) should be brought home after each day.
Please remember to extend our invitation to your staff to attend the Community Resource Fair June 24, 25 and 26, to network with the other community agencies providing services to the residents of Ottawa. Viewing times for your staff are 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
You are invited to join staff from the City of Ottawa and the Hampton Inn Conference Centre to build a food pyramid. Simply bring in a donation of non-perishable food items and staff will build the pyramid over the course of the 3 days. Donations are for the Ottawa Food Bank.

Nous vous remercions de votre participation à la Foire des ressources communautaires de la Conférence des Services sociaux et communautaires d’Ottawa, qui se déroulera les 24, 25 et 26 juin.
Les exposants doivent s’installer la veille, entre 18 h et 22 h, au Centre de conférence Hampton Inn. Veuillez vous garer dans le stationnement souterrain du Centre de conférence situé à l’arrière de l’édifice. Vous pourrez vous procurer un chariot pour transporter votre matériel d’exposition auprès du bureau de service au rez-de-chaussée.
S’il vous est impossible de vous installer la veille, vous pourrez le faire le matin même avant 8 h ou après 9 h (le personnel arrivera sur place à 8 h, et nous ne pourrons procéder à des installations en dehors des heures indiquées ci-dessus).
Veuillez noter que les salles d’exposition seront verrouillées tous les soirs; vous pouvez y laisser votre matériel d’exposition, mais rapportez vos effets personnels (comme les ordinateurs portables) à la maison.
Nous vous prions d’inviter votre personnel à assister à la Foire des ressources communautaires des 24, 25 et 26 juin pour tisser un réseau avec d’autres organismes communautaires offrant des services aux résidents d’Ottawa. Votre personnel pourra visiter l’exposition de 9 h à 11 h 30 et de 14 h à 16 h.
Nous vous invitons à aider le personnel de la Ville d’Ottawa et du Centre de conférence Hampton Inn à construire une pyramide d’aliments. Apportez des aliments non périssables au cours des trois journées, et le personnel construira la pyramide. Les dons sont destinés à la Banque d’alimentation d’Ottawa.
