Japanese to English:
Translation - English Consultation, as my job, is not teaching a company, but letting it think. If a consultant made a plan, with the idea of forcing the company to follow the plan, the company would not be eager to do it, because it is not their own plan. Then, the result would not be good. In order to successfully realize a plan, what you need is guts and perseverance to step one more step beyond the last when you are just about to give up after many trials and failures. That guts and perseverance makes the difference between a success and a failure. When you want to have the guts and the perseverance for a plan, it must be your own plan. However, the thinking process for a plan often tends to go around and around when you think alone. Then a consultant, as a third party without any business relationships, lets a company think, offering different values and views.

Translation - English Shimoda is a hot spring resort located far from noises of large cities. This ryokan is a Japanese traditional inn with a long history. With a kurhaus and open-air bath attached, it is a facility officially recognized by Japan Health and Research Institute. This has 10 different types of bath; hot spring bath with cascading water, air bubble bath, sauna, sleeping bath, outdoor bath, jet bath and aqua therapy. Besides, they offer programs such as the healthy promenade, cosmetic course, refreshing from fatigue course, stress relief course, etc. Also, the repair of its lobby and tea ceremony room has been finished by a master craftsman of our time. This ryokan is one of the 100 modern buildings selected by the prefecture, with the rare interior; especially a coffered ceiling of 88 panels totally lacquered, plaster carvings, and a suspended ceiling.
English to Japanese: WORD OF PRAISE
Source text - English How about you? Do you ever get discouraged in the teaching of your Sunday School class or perhaps in the small growth that you see in your church? Do you ever get discouraged because of the problem areas that you have with your health or perhaps your business is not what it ought to be or perhaps your heart is grieved because of the ungodliness of the people with whom you have to associate day in and day out in the place where you work? Do you ever get discouraged because you have faithfully given out tracts or shared the Gospel or prayed for people and yet you yourself have not seen a great visible response to the Gospel as you have shared it? My dear friends, take heart. God is on the throne and God has promised that His Word shall not return void, but it shall accomplish the purpose for which God has set it forth. I remind myself of this in our Words of Praise ministry yet I know that wherever God pleases to take this Word, that God will bring fruit unto Himself. That is the faith that compels us. That is the faith that controls us as we share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. So even though the results might be to your thinking, and to your observation, not as great as you would personally like to see, never give up and never get discouraged. Our God is on the throne. After all, God will take His Word and God will flower it and God will water it, and other hands will enter into the labor and yet as Paul and the Lord Jesus said, “We all will rejoice together when that harvest comes.” So Paul leaves Athens behind him and what a marvelous experience and what a challenging expression it was for the heart and ministry of the apostle Paul.
Source text - English The energy requirements were far more than an HVAC project. They were a fundamental
part of the whole building’s design. A detailed building energy simulation programme was used to calculate
hour-by-hour building consumption over the entire year using weather data for the specific location. A
combination of efficient mechanical systems, use of free cooling, daylight harvesting, shading, and underfloor air systems all contribute to energy savings estimated at XX%.
