In-house translator and (sometimes) reviewer with 10+ years of experience supporting IBD of top-ranked European and American investment banks, having participated in dozens of capital markets and M&A deals and handled all kinds of materials required during transaction process. Transaction types range from pre-IPO investment, IPO on SEHK and NYSE, follow-on offerings, bond offerings, convertibles, hedging solutions using derivatives to cross-border M&A (APAC, EMEA and LATM) by and to clients from all sectors.
Banks I have worked with, full-time and part-time include (in alphabetical order) ANZ, DB, GS, MS and UBS (with exposure also to banks including BAML, certain boutiques, and Chinese securities firms such as BOCI). Also handled materials from some of the most renowned accounting, PE, law and consulting firms and rating agencies through IB transactions.
