Section 644(e) of Pub. L. 99-514 provided that:
"(1) Payment of closing costs and creation of reserve excluded
from gross income. - For purposes of the Internal Revenue Code of
1954 [now 1986], no amount shall be included in the gross income of
a qualified cooperative housing corporation by reason of the
payment or reimbursement by a city housing development agency or
corporation of amounts for -
"(A) closing costs, or
"(B) the creation of reserves for the qualified cooperative
housing corporation,
in connection with a qualified refinancing.

Статья 644(е) Общ.З. 99-514 предписывает следующее:
«(1) Выплата дополнительных расходов и создание резервного фонда, исключенного
из валового дохода. - В рамках Кодекса о внутренних доходах
1954 [теперь 1986], сумма не должна включаться в валовый доход
установленной кооперативной жилищно-строительной корпорации по причине
выплаты или возмещения управлением городского развития жилищного строительства или
корпорации сумм за -
"(А) дополнительные расходы или
«(В) создания резервного фонда для установленной кооперативной

I’ve been working as a distant translator for five years. My recent project was a big translation and proofreading project in medicine electronics. Before that I translated text description of the visual lines for historical movies, worked with Barnaul Mechanical Factory, translated specifications of Genius products, instructions for welding equipment and subtitles for a teenage serial "One Tree Hill" etc. In general the amount of translated text is about 5000 pages.
