Bio
After gaining my PhD in 1995, I worked as a contract researcher and part-time history tutor on Russian and Soviet history at the University of East Anglia. Several "research" jobs were primarily concerned with translating Russian articles for academic publications. In addition, I also undertook freelance translation work, and translated my own course materials.
