Bio
I am a NATTI accredited translator (French to English) based in Canberra, Australia. I was a high school language teacher for several years and now work as a university administrator. I also speak, read and write Italian quite fluently and have a basic understanding of Spanish.
I am originally from Ireland and have lived in France and Italy and the United Kingdom prior to relocating to Australia in 2002. I am also widely travelled and have a good understanding of and appreciation for cultural differences.
I will consider working on projects from most fields but am particularly interested in education, literature and geography with a focus on travel and tourism.
