Source text - German Für das Verfahren zur Konsensbildung wurde bewußt das klinische Wissen erfahrener Spezialisten einbezogen und zugleich anonymisierte mathematisch-statistische Auswertungen zur Kontrolle und Objektivierung benutzt. Verschiedene Untersucher aus unterschiedlichen Abteilungen mehrerer Universitäten ordneten dabei dem bereits publizierten Diagnoseschema die theoretisch überhaupt denkbaren therapeutischen Alternativen unabhängig voneinander zu. Nach Anonymisierung wurde daraufhin die Übereinstimmung dieser Festlegungen mathematisch ausgewertet. Zur Konsensbildung wurde anschließend in jenen Fällen, in denen zunächst keine Übereinstimmung bestand, im Rahmen einer Konsensus-Konferenz auf der Grundlage von Literaturauswertungen und der Diskussion klinischer Fallbeispiele eine Übereinstimmung hergestellt.
Translation - English The clinical knowledge of experienced specialists was included consciously for the consensus formation process and at the same time anonymized mathematical statistical evaluations were used for control and objectification. Different examiners from different departments of several universities working independently of one another assigned the theoretically conceivable therapeutic alternatives to the already published diagnostic scheme. After anonymization, the agreement of these definitions was then evaluated mathematically. For consensus formation, in those cases in which initially no agreement existed agreement was subsequently arrived at in the course of a consensus conference on the basis of literature evaluations and the discussion of clinical case examples.
