Je suis américain mais actuellement j'habite à Lyon, France où j'enseigne l'anglais à un lycée. J'ai fini mes études en le français, l'histoire, et l'économie en mai 2007. Pendant mes études à l'université d'Illinois aux Etats-Unis, j'ai pris des cours en traduction dans lesquels j'ai reçu des bonnes notes (A). Comme enseignant d'anglais à un lycée français, j'ai beaucoup d'expérience quotidienne avec la traduction entre ces deux langues. En fait je n'ai pas beaucoup d'expérience professionelle (mais beaucoup d'ex. scolaire) parce que je viens de finir mes études, mais j'aime bien la traduction et je voudrais commencer la faire comme boulot.

I am an American who is currently living in Lyon, France, where I am an English teacher at a French high school. I just graduated from the University of Illinois in May 2007 where i specialized in French, history and economics. While taking courses there, I took some specific classes in translation (French/English) where I made high marks (As). In addition, as a teacher at a French high school, I have a lot of everyday experience translation between French and English. I actually do not have much professional experience translating as I have just graduated, but I do have a lot of academic experience. However I really like using my French language skills for translation and would really like to get started translating as a profession.
