I have a Master’s degree in English from the Jagiellonian University. I have also completed a postgraduate programme in Business Communication.
In 1991 I was granted a licence to practise the profession of Sworn Translator. With my expertise and 20 years of experience I offer a broad range of CERTIFIED (school certificates, official transcripts, diplomas, regulatory documents, vehicle registration documents, etc) ORDINARYand SPECIALIST TRANSLATION (legal texts and documents, as well as academic and scientific papers mainly in electrical engineering and information technology) and INTERPRETATION services (court and police interpreting, assistance in dealing with public, healthcare and social services, assistance in business related matters (conferences, meetings and negotiations). I also provide proofreading and certification services.
I work for the state administration authorities (police, court, prosecutor’s office) as well as for language agencies and individual clients.

Since 1986 I have been working as a teacher of English at Cracow University of Technology. I am the author of Innocent Guide to Cybercrime (2012) a teaching aid built on authentic materials and intended for use by students of Information Technology as a source of enjoyable, supplementary reading accompanied with a range of reading-based exercises designed to provide vocabulary, syntax or communication practice.
I have participated in a number of methodological courses held in Poland and Great Britain. Apart from my regular job where I teach General and Technical English I also run specialist courses in Legal English. In years 2002 – 2012 I performed duties of an examiner and inspector for TELC examinations.
