Position : Banquet Captain. Duties: Assist the Service Director in overseeing all banquet events in the hotel. Supervised set-ups, breakdowns, staffing levels and quality of service while maintaining Food & Beverage financial goals. Organized and supervised banquets for groups of over 200 people. Coordinated with the Member Relations Director and Private Events Director to ensure that all events are well-organized and exceed the expectations of the customer and host. Managed payroll, accounting and scheduled hours for supervised staff.

Position: Banquet server, Houseman. Duties: Serving food on banquets, clean-ups, set-ups for meetings, banquets.
