Translation - English One of the most important restructuring activities, which will be started in the Shipyard, to guarantee its long-term profitability is creation of the Planning Centre. It will be a pillar and centre point for effective managing of the Shipyard. The most important operation factor which will decide about effectiveness of work in the Shipyard is rational and effective production planning. The specific characteristic of shipyard production causes the fact, that there has to be a proper organisation unit in the central point of the enterprise, which will plan, organize and coordinate the work of the rest of the units.
