In addition to various translations we can also authenticate translations (in case of translations that request notarization, we collaborate with Public Notary Offices in order to ensure this service for your documents)

We frequently translate texts on paper form as well as electronic and magnetic form.

The most frequent support for documents in electronic form is Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

We frequently receive documents in PDF form. We offer their translation in editable form and we always pay attention to the final document.

The translation procedure.

In the first stage we thoroughly examine the text which is the object of our translation, but also the area to which it belongs, in order to have a translation as precise as possible.
We will study the specialized literature in our country and abroad, for the translation to depict as faithful as possible the source text.
Free consulting regarding the apostille

The apostille is a square stamp with the side of 9 cm, identical in all member states of the Hague Convention, which is applied directly on the notarized document, or on its prolongation.

For the international recognition of the civil status documents you will go to the prefecture within your residence in order to have your original documents apostilled, then, the documents will be translated in the language of the destination country, by an authorized translator, including the apostille on the document, after which the notarization of the document will be done and finally with this notarized translation, you will address to the competent court law for the application of the apostille.

In case of persons who want to make the family grouping in Italy through the Romanian Consulate, in addition to the apostilled original documents, you are requested to have a copy of the original documents, notarized by a Public Notary.

The certificates that certify the residence and the Romanian citizenship are apostilled by prefectures.

Our deadline is always strictly observed. The translations can be delivered depending on your choice on paper form or stored on magnetic support (disk, CD, DVD ), or it can be sent by e-mail.

The tariffs paid depend on page format (A4), no matter the number of characters.

For emergency cases, (a deadline smaller than 24 hours), the tariffs increase with up to 100%.
