I have been a paralegal since 1993 and have worked in the areas of worker's compensation, civil rights, personal injury and for the last ten years I have worked in the area of immigration law. I am a notary in the State of Florida in good standing and I have over ten years of experience performing both translations and interpretations for clients. I have attended immigration interviews where I have served as an interpreter and have translated complex legal documents from English to Spanish and vice versa including Power's of Attorney, Birth Certificates, Marriage Documents, and business documents such as Articles of Incorporation and other internal business documentation.

I am also able to translate and notarize simple documents in Portuguese such as school documents as well as birth and marriage documents. I can also obtain a certificate of translation for those documents that require that certificate such as immigration documents. I am currently self-employed as a contract paralegal working with several florida attorney's and would like to do the translation/interpretation services for additional income.
