I am graduated in Portuguese and French philology by faculty of Arts, Bratislava, Slovakia
I have a Master degree in International Relations studied in Ortega y Gasset Institute in Madrid, Spain

I did different specialized courses related to international trade, marketing, enology (wines), hispanic studies and translation studies from Spanish to English

I obtained a fellowship for my studies in Coimbra, Portugal where I spent a half a year
I also lived during one year in Berkeley, California where I improved my English in Adult School in Berkeley preparing myself for TOEFL examination. I also studied a course about marketing and Public relations at the University Extension of Berkeley. From 1998 I live in Madrid, Spain. I did various courses related to Spanish language, history, art, linguistic, etc. I was also working at export-import company, Universal music discography, College of Arquitects of Spain, etc.

as to my profession as a translator I have an experience as a translator and interpreter and I have been working for different agencies in Slovakia and Spain, Germany

I translated different kinds of texts:
- mainly general text or letters from Spanish to Slovak, Portuguese to Slovak
- technical texts (about machines and road construction) from Spanish to Slovak
- I have been working on the project of translation of scientific patents during almost one year (fields of Farmacy, Biology, medicine, Chemistry) from English to Spanish (my husband was my proofreader, he is a scientist)

As a interpreter I was working at official level for Spanish protocol:
- oct. 2007 during the visit of President of Slovak Republik in Madrid
- 1998 - official visit of Minister of Defense of Brasil, for Slovak protocol
